Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program (Microsoft CSP)

The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program (CSP) enables partners to directly manage their entire Microsoft cloud customer lifecycle. Partners in this program utilize dedicated in-product tools to directly provision, manage, and support their customer subscriptions. Partners can easily package their own tools, products and services, and combine them into one monthly or annual customer bill. Go further with the right CSP partner Incentives, competencies, the Microsoft Partner Network, action packs, licensing—navigating all of this can make your path to success a bumpy one. A partnership with TSW means CSP program expertise, sustainable growth and professional services that help your business thrive. Go Beyond licensing Besides making sure you’re being licensed properly, we help you find additional revenue streams with value-added services, including marketing programs, live coaching, webinars and skill paths. Focus on growing your business The Microsoft CSP program is always evolving. You can count on our certified experts to filter through the noise and keep you up to date on the latest developments that really matter. CSP for Azure Through CSP for Azure, we can manage your entire Microsoft cloud lifecycle, with dedicated tools to directly provision, manage, and support your subscriptions. You'll also receive access to our management portals for billing, reporting and self-serve, alongside licensing expertise to optimise your environments and increase your ROI by up to 330%. Benefits of working with a CSP Partner:

  • Preferential rates on licensing

  • Access to additional complimentary services

  • Wraparounds at no extra cost

  • Access to Tier 1 Partners relationship with Microsoft

  • Expertise of Tier 1 Partners

Who will give Support? Within the CSP program the CSP provider, this is the Microsoft partner, will give you the support you need. This is a ‘by Microsoft for CSP Partners mandatory’ 24/7 support solution. There are a number of (smaller) CSP partners who do not have the capability to provide this round the clock support services by themselves and team with a local or global distributor to do so. In the end, when you encounter problems with your cloud solution you will go to your CSP provider and not directly to Microsoft.
